About the Role

As our Digital Ads Manager, you will take ownership of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google. Your mission: drive customer acquisition, boost revenue, and achieve a high return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design integrated into full-funnel strategies across ad platforms.
  • Manage budgets for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and optimize ad campaigns to improve KPIs (e.g. ROAS).
  • Plan and execute A/B tests, refine underperforming ads, and provide detailed performance reports.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve conversion rates and create impactful ad assets, including video ads, images, and ad copy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging advertising platforms or technologies that could benefit our company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably with a focus on Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • At least one year of experience with video ads.
  • Proficiency with multiple ad strategies and experience optimizing campaigns for ROAS.
  • Comfort with discussing the following topics and KPIs: marketing funnel, customer journey, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, MER, CLV, video scroll, video view-through, paths to conversion, growth marketing, performance marketing, and conversion attribution models.
  • Competency with platforms like Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking and performance optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for what a well-polished ad should look like.
  • Data-driven approach to ad optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects.
